This weekend was another fun filled adventure. Or it wasn't. Who is to say really?
Here is what went down. Saturday morning we woke up to a house that, not uncommonly, looked like a pack of wolves had destroyed the family room. We set out to finish the Christmas decorating inside. The ornaments and all other decorations had been sitting out for the better part of 10 days, and I was close to tossing the whole lot of them.
A true miracle, we got the decorations put up and away, got the house cleaned, went on a hunt for some magical light show and then kicked up our feet to watch some Christmas movies.
Sunday brought lights, clubhouse decorating and birthday party with laser tag. And Chinese food, because, why not.
Surely our week brings some fun- between party planning, homework, dance and finishing our Christmas shopping, I am already looking forward to next Saturday morning.
